The Ancient Toilets of Ephesus
The ancient city of Ephesus had running water, and public toilets. These are a few of the seats in what was a large room bordered with these uncomfortable looking "positions". As this was a communal activity, there were often musicians playing in the room to mask the noises created by those using the facilities. Wind ensembles, I wonder?
