Our Sun Room was falling apart. The sliding doorwalls were becoming very difficult to open and we could see the metal trim beginning to buckle. The door tracks were subsiding, the masonary was cracking and the sill blocks were coming loose. We clearly had to do something or we'd soon have the whole place crashing down in a heap.

Cris Hancock and his crew won our bid to do the repairs. Follow along as they tear out the old doors, repair the rotten wood, reinforce the structure and install the new doorwalls. We tore out the old interior wall siding and Chris installed new drywall.

The new doorwalls are great, the job was done well and promptly. The Sun Room looks great, both inside and outside. Now, we just have to do the finish color coat of paint and move our furniture back in. Thanks to Chris Hancock for a job well done.
